What has happened to the support request page?

When I attempt to start a support request, I see the screen shown in the attached screenshot.

The URL which produces this error is https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/my/srm?lc=en-US

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's a temporary server problem ...
