Could you tell me please which version of TIA supports S7-200 Smart  CPU ST60.

TIA Portal does not support the S7-200 Smart CPUs. The "Microwin Smart" software is required. The "Smart" product range is region locked to countries such as India and China. You will need to speak to a representative from that region. Or find another way like speaking to the OEM.
