Dear Forum members & Moderators, 

I am unable to install LOGO Softcomfort in my Windows XP SP3 laptop. I tried the following versions. V8.1, V8.3 without VM,V8.3 With VM, V8.4 Without VM, V8.4 With VM. 

Here are the error messages 

V8.3 Without VM: Error message" Couldn't find valid Java Virtual Machine to Load" 

V 8.4 Without VM: Error Message " Couldn't Find valid Java Virtual Machine to Load" 

V8.3 With VM: The Install anywhere continously asks for another location to unzip the installer. But never installs. 

V8.4 With VM: error code 193

V8.1: The installer disappears at the point when it does the configuration checks. It creates a notepad on desk top saying that the software is installed successfully. But the software is no where to be seen.
