I don't see problem with forcing values inside Monitor table but in case you require some in code force then this is pure problem. I recommend little hack with simple transfer analog value to some WORD memory and work with this. You can do any simple conditions when it could be changed or not, simply you will not work excatly with Analog HW value but copy inside memory.
