KTP700 Panel Does Not Open

Or does the behaviour only appear if you start your HMI Program? Check in your TIA Portal Project if you have set the visibility annimation of the whole screen? (yes you can do so) If yes then check if your precondition is OK. I have seen such an issue also with this reason. Bye Murof
