Hi ! I'm struggling to connect my LOGO! 0BA7 to my PC with a ethernet cable for almost a week now.

I keep getting the same error message : "Some network environment changes are detected. Restart LOGO! Soft Comfort to apply the changes", obviously restarting the software doesn't solve anything.

I use a LOGO! 12/24 RCE 6ED1 055-1MD00-0BA7 (so 0BA7 standart) with LOGO! Soft Comfort V8.2

My IP adress on the ethernet port is 172.254.58.30, the one on my LOGO! is 172.254.58.29

I already tried to change the ethernet cable with no success

If someone has a solution it would very helpful

You answer leaves some doubt. Please choose:
1) There is a problem when you have a direct connection between PC and LOGO!
2) There is problem only when not having a direct connection.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Did you test that the PC network card is functional and there is no firewall / security blocking the port? Did you visually check the LOGO! port that there is no connection points that is bent / broken?

Please check if you can PING the PLC from the Windows' command console.

I have already remove the firewall of the port but it didn't change anything.

When I ping the PLC I sometime get different results :

When I tried 20 min ago I had a 100% reponse with the ping, right now it's at 50% and I didn't change anything
