but he need new empty memory card for SIMOTION D 425 

it gradually updates the software
and as he said, he needs an empty one in order to be gradually updated through it

to me it's not very clear why he wants an empty memory card.

Anyway be VERY careful since you have a D425 and not a D425-2

According to manual , page 291, your CF card must not exceed the 1 gb memory (512 mb/1 gb cards will be ok).

Technically you can bring ANY Siemens Compact flash card <= 1Gb and reprogram it with the correct Boot Sectors and, of course, with the correct firmware that was used for the D425 (4.0/4.1/4.2/ecc)

Then you can do what you want.

Otherwise you will insert your card and all leds will become orange, showing that that CF card was not correctly programmed.

they have one, but they want an empty one, because the equipment is old and it’s not clear which version will work correctly
