Hi, there, I have been using 611U and SIMO COM U FROM 1998 , Nut I have never had the problem like you. I don't understand you action --I don't think you just made power on reset from SIMO COM U, you maybe selected some wrong tab and answered OK/Yes, then your 611U are looking like you showing  in the video. I am not sure buy it is very possible you 611U not working.

Now Please check if you machine HMI showing this 611U control --is there any alarms related to this card.

Dear Experts,

I have a Simodrive 611 (6SN1118-0NH11-0AA1). I got an error of E044 in my drive. So, I communicated my simodrive 611 with simoComU software through X471 port. As per manual, it said do a power on reset and then replace the option module. I done the power on reset through the SimoComU software. 

After the reset, My simodrive not communicating with the pc. It showing "Look for connected devices" and loading after that it showing try again or work offline. And, In drive display it is showing "-A" and after some values "1.1.1.6.d.3" like that it is showing.

My question was how can i again communicate and connect with the software?
