Hi manojkm, My recommendation is that if you are installing from the DVD, try to install from the downloadable one. I share it with you below: STEP 7 V5.6 SP2 / S7-GRAPH V5.6 SP2 / STEP 7 Professional 2017 SR2 Trial Download On the other hand, we recommend that you check that you are complying with the following points: - Operating System that is compatible with the software. You can check it from the 'Compatibility Tool' - That you do not have any firewall/antivirus activated. - That you are working as an admin. Best regards! |

Hello, I have some doubts: Have you tried all the suggestions of ElonksuM_SN_BN (firewall and antivirus disabled, user with admin permissions..)? Which type of installation are you trying to perform: physical or download? Which version of Windows are you using (Pro, home, enterprise...)? Not all of them are compatible. Have you tried installing the latest update for STEP 7? Check compatibility before, through a compatibility list of Compatibility Tool. good luck! |
