I think you have SIMODRIVE 611U (DO NOT ONLY SAY i HAVE 611)

#2--USE 2ND POST POST more picture of relation of your servo motor.

#--tell here the story of you error --and you role of  job--such as you are a service person , system is not yours, it is your customers' , and machine working good for many years, just had this error yesterday.

Hi everyone, i am having E A831, i check profibus conector and all of them are conected to the machine. Do i have to unplug servomotor conector and check?? it is a machine with to much dust, it could be related?
