I downloaded a sample project from the site and I am progressing through that project.My network name and IP addresses are OK, I have configured them correctly. When I am online, all my communications are OK. I showed it in the attachments.

I also added my configuration and technology object settings to the attachments.

I structured them based on sample projects and forums and videos I researched on the internet.Everything looks the same according to the sample project and the information and documentation on the internet.,

I checked my encoder and power cables. I tried by changing the phase order. I tried by resetting the drivers to factory settings. I tried with two different v90 versions. The results did not change in either. I expect help from relevant and knowledgeable people, can you please help me? As I said, I am new to Siemens servos.

- When I want to move the enabled axes in v-assistant, it shows that the motor is drawing current, but the motor does not move. There is no heavy load connected to the motor, it can be easily turned by hand. The same thing happens when I separate the motor from the load.

I have encountered this particular problem a few times and in my case it was always due to one of two underlying issues: either the power cable was connected incorrectly (especially in the case of certain models where the connectors have to be assembled manually, like 6FX2003-0LL12 - I had an electrician once connect the phase to the PE pin, which caused a large current draw without the motor moving or the drive going into fault), or the holding brakes is closed. Since your motor doesn't have a holding brake (and you can easily rotate the shaft when it is turned off), then I guess the second option is off the table. I would carefully double check the power cable connections. Other than that, I have no other ideas. Good luck!

Have you set the Telegram in V-Assistant and written it to ROM?

In the meantime, I solved the errors as follows: The motor moves momentarily and stops.It draws current and the motor does not turn.I fixed this error by checking the phase sequences on the power cable.The motor I wanted to enable was not enabled and was shutting down.At this time, the driver was giving the 7995 error.I read on the forum that the wrong motor was selected or the motor was defective.But the problem is still in the power cables.When I connected the power connector to the motor, some pins were making a loose connection and were not touching the pins on the motor.When I fixed the connector pins, this problem also disappeared.

At first aquestion: When yusing the control panel, did you press the direction buttons?

Giving the speed allone is not enough.

With a CPU 1200 I would not use more than one or max two positioning technology objects. I woud use Sinapos, which uses much less resources

Everytime you add an additional axis, you need to increase the "MC-Servo" cyclic time by 2ms.

When using Profinet RT for V90 servo control, you will lose some control/response because the communications are not synchronized with the servo drive.

You can add a second PLC and communicate via T-Send/Rec or Put/Get to issue commands to the other PLC which then commands the other Profinet Axis. But this would be a poorly designed system and have average reponse.

If you really need to use multiple axis, I would use a S7-1500 platform.

s7 1200 allows me to add 8 positioning technology objects. Why do you recommend using at most 2? What are the losses or disadvantages here?

For this, I added a second s7 1200 plc and will control some drivers from this driver. In this case, I have two Profinet lines. How can I communicate the two plcs in this case?
