PLCSim does not allow you to have simulated hardware. You have driver connections (green lines) connect to the driver block which feed diagnostics and status signals from hardware, which do not work at the moment. 

You may have to use SimOn on the driver block to simulate the signals

From your description, it seems that you are successfully compiling and downloading the project to PLCSim, but the analog input values you change from the PLCSim dashboard are not reflected in the PV_Outof the channel module.

I’ve encountered a similar issue before and would suggest the following solution:

1. In PLCSim, when working with analog inputs, you need to use the SimPV_In input to simulate the analog values.
2. Ensure that the SimOn signal is set to1(activated) for the simulation to work. Without enabling this, the simulated values will not take effect, and the PV_Out of the channel module will not reflect the changes you make.

By setting SimOn = 1, you should be able to control and observe the analog input changes in PV_Out.
