I am using Micromaster 440 in my machine. Details of drives are as follows, All Drives are Three Phase Drives.

100KW - 2 Drives

40 KW - 4 Drives

18.5KW - 4 Drives

5.5 KW - 4 Drives

Drives of 100KW & 40KW are running properly and they are not tripping.

But Drives of 18.5 KW & 5.5 KW are frequently tripping and shows error of F0002 & F0003 (Approximately 15 times in 24Hrs) . These drive trips randomly and sometime error is F0002 & sometime it shows F0003. I have checked voltage and they are very stable. can any one help in this matter to Solve the problem. 

Power supply is 380V

P0210 = 400V In all Drives.

I have attached tripping data for reference with date and time.

The lower power devices are tripping with over Voltage and Under Voltage.

Check that the motor cables are within the limits for length.

These drives will present a high non linear load on the supply transformer, I assume there is a single supply transformer 11kV to 380V?

Whilst the supply Voltages appear stable, there may be high levels of harmonic distortion. I recommend having a supply harmonic analysis carried out. Distortion above acceptable limits will produce the faults which you have seen, and progressively damage the installed drives.

If you can shed a proportion of this non linear load on to another supply this will reduce the distortion.

Input reactors, supply side, are a low cost method of reducing harmonic distortion, these can be heavy and need some enclosure space.

Consider the whole installation, as a harmonic generator; the small inverters are more susceptible, and more likely to trip.

Active harmonic filters provide a reliable method of controlling and reducing distortion, but are very costly, and are a last resort device.
