Version TIA Portal 14 sp1, like the program in the controller 
Firmware 4.2, everything matches both the controller and

It seems that you do not have the CPU version configured correctly in your project.

You can see the CPU version from Device configuration > General

You need to configure CPU with firmware V4.2

I recommend entering an unspecified S7-1200 and detecting the HW. Then upload the CPU.
