Hi all,

We have S7 410 5H redundant system for burner application. We recently faced complete stoppage of system. We found the power supply of Rack 1 to be faulty. But the Rack 0 CPU was in Run mode.

We replaced the Rack 1 Power supply then both CPU went in Run mode. Still all Safety charts were not enabled. Found F_Shutdn is activated.  We tried to restart from block but not successful so entire downloading done then all charts were enabled.

We want to know the reason why redundancy also failed. Reason for Shutdown activation?

Now we are getting internal error (OB Requesting Error in OB35 ) but system is running.

As per manual. 

But system is running now with internal fault. Kindly inform the way forward. How to remove the error and prevent such occurrences'.
