Hello, I am working on programming a Micromaster 440. It's being used to open and close the door on a machine. The signal to open and close the door are feed respectively to DIN 1 and DIN 2. When a button is pressed the door moves as it should but only moves at 5.00hz. I'd like to increase the door speed but haven't had any luck. Here's what I've checked and values I have set: P1000 (setpoint source) set to fixed frequency #3. Found that fixed frequency #2 P1003 was set to 5.00hz. Changed that value to the speed I'd like, and the door still moved at 5.00hz. Do I have to program anything additional to the DIN configuration to make it adapt to the speed? Thanks, Patrick |

You may be using MOP, Motor Potentiometer, the speed should be in P1040, increase this to see if it works. On site now and ‘comms’ is rubbish, sorry I cannot help more, today. Good luck Tractor |

Hi Tractor, Thank you for the suggestion, I am back on site today and will adjust P1040 to see if that makes a difference. I will report back with what happens. No worries at all, best of luck to you on your work on site! Update: I adjusted the P1040 (which was at 5.00hz) to 25hz and nothing changed. I also verified that P1000 was set to 1, then also P1070 was set to 1050. With all those parameters confirmed I still don't have any speed change. Patrick

Hi think this might be a 'runner'. From factory default: P701:0 = 16, fixed setpoint, direct selection + on. P702:0 = 16, fixed setpoint, direct selection + on. P1016:0 = 2, direct selection + on. P1017:0 = 2, direct selection + on. P1000:0 = 3, fixed frequency. P1001:0 = 10, Hz, clockwise P1002:0 = -15, Hz, ACW, note negative setting! Good luck with this apologies for the delay, although you may have fixed it by now? Tractor |

Hi Tractor, Sorry for my delay in response to this post! I managed to get it working as desired in this regard. I am using the digital inputs respectively for Jog Left and Jog right. Found out that the Jog has its own set speed parameters. I changed those and now it's runing as it should. I just posted another thread for another avenue this project has taken me down, with prelimits and jog speed overrides. Thanks, Patrick
