How to read 64 bit floating value from PAC3100

Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Guest Hi, We are interfacing PAC3100 meters to our HMI through modbus. We are able to read all paramters which are in 32 bit floating type but we are unable to read active power which is 64 bit floating. Our HMI does not have facility to read data in 64 bit floating format. Is these parametrs available in 32 bit floating format. In the forum I have seen that PAC3200 has firmware upgrade to give 64 bit data into 32 bit also so is there some firmware upgradtion for PAC3100 model? If please help me as we stuck. Regards, PT

rae_min Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, For the PAC3100 some of the 64bit values can be read as 32bit numbers via different offset addresses. Have a look at this link for the PAC3100. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/40345680 Hope this helps.
