Drive 6RA70 is ready & run but can't rotate motor

MIrNa1144 Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Hi i connect Drive Simoreg 6RA70 to PLCS7-300,communication is ok,when i send start for drive first status is Ready then in Run but in front panel of drive show "--" & can't rotate motor. what's problem?

MIrNa1144 Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	i have some small problem with my software,because when i increase set point for speen again back to 0,now i want to be sure problem is my drive or my software.u said when i don't send set point or send 0 for speed show "--",because it's correct & i can't send speed refrence.

According to me, most probably the problem is in software. Check why the setpoint is zeroing immediately. Maybe some condition is not true... The idea is - "fixed" setpoint send to the drive -> check reaction of the drive after (speed feeedback, current...) Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

MIrNa1144 Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Hi i checke my software,solved problem of speed refrence now is ok,also when i select forward motor rotate & is ok but when i select reverse motor can't rotate & voltage is 0 but current is near 50A. i checked P40(limit.status) data is =3 - 8 - 9. i checked for 3 means negative current limit reached,but i can't find where can i check limit for negative current. in forward mode P40 data is = 8 - 9

Did you enable negative direction of rotation in control word, bits 11 and 12? Look at the manual, function diagram sheet G161. Check parameters P604 and P172 for negative current limit.
