Franck_crea Posts: 25 Rating: (0)	Problem solved !!! WinCC V11 SP2 was installed correctly! No problem to restart the computer. I opened my project and everything works fine ! Thank you for your help The solution : - Make a restore point first ! - open control panel --> computer management --> device manager --> Keyboard --> properties --> driver --> Uninstall - check the "Delete the driver software for this device" - computer re-start... - after the boot is completed, windows will install a new driver for your keyboard (a standard driver) - Restart the computer (to complete the new driver installation) - Install WinCC V11 SP2 The only problem is that I no longer have access to HP hot keys (like sound volume, etc...)

Thank you for that info. It is nice to know there is a simple method to get SP2 working. Propably it would be a good idea to update also the SP2 download page. There is still no warning for HP users.
