SIWREX MS does NOT work reliable!

zani2 Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	Hello again I did a test.I deleted the software routines for first SIWAREX-MS module in the program(CPU226 does not scan the siwarex at this state,RUN LED flashes), and CPU226 only reads the second SIWREX-MS(that works nice before) ,The problem is tranfered to second SIWAEX-MS! its RUN LED flashes after several hours. Why problem transfered to second siwarex-ms when the first siwarex-ms was disabled in software of CPU226? Its seems always the first SIWAREX-MS in the PLC peripherals chain will fail after hours of good operation,with a power recycling the system comeback to normal again. I tested the wiring it is OK. No wrong inwiring.

Jebicore Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, in the last 8 days i had the same problem within 3 siwarex modules at same time (first that problem was present in the first siwarex ms, after that the problem appeared in the other two SIWAREX), same Cpu 226. One sollution could be with memory Cartridge that could be loading an old program after a failureOr maybe could be the PLC cycle time.
