For 19 analog inputs you need 3 pieces Logo 0BA8 and the corresponding number of expansion modules. If you take Logo Base modules with analog inputs onboard, you need 4 pieces analog input expansion modules.

However, the analog inputs of the base modules process only 0-10V signals.

To make accurate statements, one would have to know more, which you want to process analog signals (0-10V, 0 / 4-20mA, PT100 / 1000).
