Can someone tell me how to set up a program to have multiple languages for titles, comments, and symbols?

I have a program that is currently in German and am going to have it translated to English. I believe that I can export the text to an Excel file, send it to be translated, and import the information back in so that it can be switched back and forth between German and English. Is this correct?

I'm just not real clear on the details for doing it and then how to switch it back and forth in the Step7 software depending on who is working on the program.

Any help would be appreciated, or, if I'm posting in the wrong forum please let me know.

Consider, you need the STEP 7 version V5.1 at least. The actual version is V5.3
