The INTEGRAL system has been release into the market in 1987. The INTEGRAL system has been phased out more than eight years ago. The service and supportperiod already stopped last year. It will be very difficult to maintain such installations in the coming years due to missing components and missing knowledge. We therefore recommend to migrate the system to the current Desigo system. Siemens provides specific products and tools to support the system migration.Please contact your local Siemens BT organization for further information. We still have the requested documents available. The best would be to contact you local Siemens BT office. Best regards, Albis

Albis Silver Member Joined: 6/4/2010 Last visit: 9/30/2024 Posts: 387 Rating: (129)	Dear Ahmed, There is the Desigo Insight Management station which still supports the INTEGRAL NCRS system controller, even in the latest version V5.1 SP2. Desigo Insight brings the NCRS Access online tool which allows to program the NCRS system controller. Desigo Insight requires a license which can be bought from your local Siemens BT office. You need the INTEGRAL PLAN (staefa plan) tool to program the NRK16-B/A controller. The INTEGRAL PLAN requires a dongle. As the INTEGRAL PLAN has been phased out several years ago, it may be very difficult to get such a dongle. You may contact your local Siemens BT office anyway or search on e-bay etc. You may be would require a training as well. Such trainings are not available anymore. We recommend to migrate the system to the current Desigo system, as already mentioned. Best regards, Albis

The best migration strategy depends on the age of the installation, the future plans for the building(s) and on your specific requirements. I recommend to exchange the management level (NCRS) and automation level (NRK16 etc.) together normally, if the installation is more than 15 years old. You may split the migration work and start with one panel. Your local Siemens BT office can help you with the best possible migration strategy for your system. Best regards, Albis
