The only integrated safety function available in the G120C is STO (safe torque off). See the table below, taken from the following manual:

The manua;l has chapters describing the STO function (section 3.7.1), showing how to wire the G120C for STO to SIL 3 (see 4.4.3) or command it over Profibus/Profinet , and how to evaluate it cyclically to maintain the SIL 3 certification, see section 6.2.1.
