Received a Entitlement ID certification via Email.  But I need the steps to create the .lic file using the ABT or LMU.   Because during I had several errors.

How is possible create this file

You can ask for SIEMENS BT Sales to help you how to download the lic file. That is the best way to do it if you are facing errors.

You need to use the LMU.

In the online help of the LMU you can search for "Dongle online activation".

The hole workflow is descripted. If you have still problem to bind you license to a dongle, the error message would be interesting.

I called my local Siemens BT contact for support in Panama and they give me this email to receive support servicios.mx@siemens.com for .lic file, but the issue past 1 week ago without any response.

Same I tried to use de LMU with to find the activación ID in dongle and receive a message: No record found.  I tested other email with the activacion ID it not found in license server with an Incident# 8126-7610875 . It is strange case because, the certification number is was by FLEXA sever via email.

Other detail is the description not display in LMU description product.  The product has LSM-INT-BMSTP,1 in entitlement file received by Siemens Server.

If you are already activated the licence through LMU then you can get the LMU certificate .lic file from C:/program data/siemens/LMS/server certificate.

Or if you have .Lic file then you can activate through LMU software

go to dongle certificate and  add certificate .lic file on there and click the activate licence(its required internet connection).
