Because the IM151-7 CPU contains a S7-Program you have to add an own SIMATIC 300 station into your STEP 7 project (via the SIMATIC Manager). Open the HW Config for this new station and insert the IM151-7 CPU (drag-and-drop the IM151-7 CPU to the HW Config) Open the Properties dialog of the MPI/DP interface of the IM151-7 CPU. Connect the MPI/DP interface to a PROFIBUS network (via the "General" tab) Add a new Master-slave configuration via the "Configuration" tab. Here you set the input and output addresses of the IM151-7 CPU slave (These are the addresses that can be accessed from the local IM151-7 CPU S7 program). Save and Compile your HW Config. Open the HW Config of the Station, that contains the DP master of the IM151-7 CPU Add a "ET200S / CPU" slave (in Catalog: PROFIBUS DP -> Configured Stations -> ET200S / CPU") to the DP master system. In the DP slave properties window (in the "Connection" tab) you setup the connection you IM151-7 CPU (By pressing the "Connect" button). In the "Configuration" tab of the same properties window you have to set the local addresses for the DP master (These addresses are accessed in the DP master S7 program). Hope that helps...
