Problem in the micromaster 440

I have a problem in the micromaster 440 and the voltage of the dc link is 550vdc but in parameter r026 I only have 140v, where is the voltage of parameter r026 detected and what can be the cause and how can it be solved? thank you ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from MM420 Alarm A0503.
