Dear All,

We are facing one problem in our plant that TDC rack getting off and power OK LED was orange and sys fail LED was red.

After reset made it is working for few hrs.

We have changed power source and TDC rack. But still facing same problem. Please tell me anyone have any idea.

What is the order number of your rack? Which modules are used in the rack?

Power OK LED could be red or green.

Goto CFC-menu CPU-Module Information and copy info from both tabs ''Error panel and 'Exception buffer'.

Also goto Simatic Manager, right-click on each CPU, select PLC-Module Information and check diagnostics info here.

    TDC number is 6DD1682-0CH0. We are using CPU551 & SM500 modules. Buffer shared in attachment.

One more thing I have checked that one CPU showing supplementary ID 52(Cache Error). Can you help us what is it and where I can check. Any manual or instruction by your side?

Sir, i have created request. But Have you experience these type of issue as all the supplementary ID is 72 but only one processor ID was 52. Thats why I am asking here.
