Hello, What makes you think you need that image ? Usually the version off wincc or protool is telling you what version of image you need and then it's included. See : http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19701610 Perhaps you need an upgrade of your wincc/protool. Regards, Marcjan |

Hello, Like Marcjan already mentioned. The image file is part of your WinCC flexible version. What connections are there between the version designations in WinCC flexible? What is your WinCC flexible version? (If it is WinCC flexible 2008, you can download service pack 2 Service Pack 2 for WinCC flexible 2008 (This include the desired image file) Update for WinCC flexible 2008 Service Pack 2 If you have earlier version, then you should perform an OS update to downgrade image on panel or buy an upgrade.
