Check your incoming supply voltage & DP switch setting on the infeed module.Please refer the attched sheets for more information.If the supply voltage is within acceptable limit, observe when this LED lits? i.e. during stoping of main spindle?(I assume as main spindle is driven by 611 drive) Please check & revert back. At the moment, I only can work at 8000rpm!!! (machine stop and light green and red led of "DC lineovervoltage") Bonaparte

Please provide the motor & drive MLFB number. Have you checked theS1.1 DP switch settings on the infeed module?

In the IR or the UE module Switch S1.1 if it is Kept in OFF condition means...Incoming 400V...plus or minus 10 % tolearance and the DC link is 600VDC If the S1.1 is kept in the ON condition means...Incoming 415V...plus or minus 10 % tolearance and the DC link is 625VDC Check it out and provide the details... papatables Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	hola tengo una fuente 6sn1145-1ba02-0ca1 en una de las fresadoras y cuando la maquina para o hace un cambio de velocidad sale in aviso que tiene un fallo en la fuente de alimentacion de los reguladores , que puedo hacer o que puedo medir, o definitivamente hay que cambiarla.
