Where can I buy the following: 1 set - Part Number 16353-61 MMJ11 10 foot Cable 1 set - Part Number 16353-63 Adapter (converts DB9 to MMJ11)

(I think) I have a problem using iconfig to connect it to the 353 loop controller. I connected my cable from the serial port (com1) of my laptop to the bottom front part of the 353 loop controller as shown in the picture attached. Based on the software manual, I have to select from 353DIRECT, 353MODBUS, and 353ICI320. My logic says that I should connect to 353DIRECT, but the driver is not present in the software that I have. See attached pictures. Can you help me upload the configuration from this device to my laptop? Attachment 353_pics.zip (702 Downloads)

Dougeb Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, From the picture you posted, yes you have a 353A & you can setup communications using the iConfig program that matches or is higher than your 353A Firmware. The driver is built into the iConfig Configuration Program. If the iConfig is installed corectly, the help button will guide you through communications setup.
