One more thing, if I have changed something in TDC or adding many blocks then one pop up will come i.e. Memory full 75%.I just want to know how to check memory status if it is not showing during adding any block?

I have never seen this message. But I think you can check some info in Simatic Manager, right-click on CPU and select 'PLC-Module Information'.

 Sir it will if many changes have been done without compile and download.

Ok. Now I have no possibility to connect to the TDC CPU. Open your project in Simatic Manager, connect to the TDC CPU as usual, in the left-half of Simatic Manager right-click on the CPU and select PLC-Module Information. There should appear diagnostics window with several tabs. One of these tabs must contain info about memory. Make a screenshot of it and post it here.

What do you see if press Special Diagnostics button?

OK. May be I saw this memory tab on CPU555, I don't remember exactly. May be CPU550/551 does not have it.
