I can give you no application example for the SENTROM PAC3200 with TIA Portal, using Profibus, but I can point to this manual that will give you everything you need to set it up as a Profibus-DP slave:

Look at the chapters on Commissioning and Cyclic data on Profibus to find out the easiest way to communicate between your S7-1200 and the PAC3200 (setting it up as a DPV0 slave, for cyclic data exchanges).

For these data exchanges you must select data that you want to read/write; and the PAC3200 offers 3 Basic types for exchanges, Basic Type 1 gives you 3-phase voltages, Basic type 2 gives you 3-phased currents (L-L) and power factor, Basic type 3 gives you voltage, current (L-L and Line), THD, Power factor, and power readings. If you choose Basic type 3 (the most complete) you will require 112 bytes of input to your CPU, less for Basic types 1 and 2. Read up on each type in the manual, decide what you want to use. 

If the contents of the Basic types is not what you need and you want to choose other values to read from the PAC3200, you will have to set the PAC3200 as a DPV1 slave and use data records to read specific areas of the powermeter's memory. It can be done but requires a but more work, Everything is described in the manual for DPV1 acyclic exchanges.

The screenshot below is taken from an older version of the manual, and uses S7-300 (Step 7 v5.4) as an example, but you will find much of the same in the manual suggested earlier.
