Dears, I have installed on a IPC, PDT ETH v1.5 and when I try to connect a Panel IFP 15 will crash Windows in Blue screen of death (BSOD). If I install PDT v1.6 (without ETH) and I connected via DisplayPort + USB, there is no problem. I download software's from: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/mz/en/view/109792891 In menu IFP ETH, I set as documentations the IP's static for Panel. If I put Panel in LAN with PLC, then the Panel will appear and disappear in the list of IFP ETH, but if I put Panel in a LAN separately, just directly with IPC then is always appear in list because the panel have IP generated at 192.168.1.200. If I check "Connect automatically" then the IPC will crash many times. Sometimes if I open Chrome Browser and explore on it, the IPC crash. Can be an incompatibility with Chrome Browser? Sometimes at startup the resolution is automatically set to 5000x3000, but the maximum of Display is 1920x1080. Can be problems with Intel video drivers? Do you encountered the same problem? |

Hello We have also this problem. .We have IFP 15" panel 6AV7466-5MA02-0AA0 and Simatic IPC BX39A with WIndows 10 . After ethernet commisionig and restart IPC , Windows apperas blue screen "KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION". We use PDT ETH v1.5 . With PDT v1.6(withou ethenet ) and Display port and USB cable it is working (but we need place PANEL from IPC from 15meters , then we need ethernet connection.). Have you found a solution in the meantime. It would help us a lot |
