Hello to all, I am working on pedal robot. my system is consist of: sinamics s110 with CU305. my problem is related to the fault 7930. when I wanted to run from control panel, I got one error which says:the switch-on disable of the drive is actve and in the Alarm tab, it gies me the fault : 7930 Drive:Brake control error(10). also on the Bop 20 which is installed in my system there is this Fault. please help me. Hello, for the motor holding brake you need a Brake Relay, this is connected to the PM340 and then to the motorbrake. The Module is described in the Device Manual Capter 7.5 Regards Christoph |

Hello, yes in this case you must buy the brake control relay to control the Motor Holding brake.

Hello Christoph, I would like to run the torque control. in the attachment you can find the pictures related to the connections and also program starter. according to sinamc picture, I get the connection between X132 with 24V and also X133 with 24V. but according to the picture"control logic" I chose r722.0. from inputs/outputs for the X132 i chose r899 bit 12. when I connect the blue wire(from X132) to 24V, the terminal evaluation works and the loght is tun on but for X133 by connecting the Black wire to 24V the light for DI 0 does not turn on and it seams there is no connection with program by X133.
