But my other machine suffered from sudden engine acceleration without control. (No control or command) I could not find a solution. Thanks!

But my other machine suffered from sudden engine acceleration without control. (No control or command) I could not find a solution. Thanks! At another system in my factory. When I boot the system then suddenly a Axis of my self moving with great velocity (out of control).I do not control but it still automatically moves ,Very high speed Thank you for listening

You need to have basic version of you drive control card so that you can upgrade to next version depending upon application/system requirement. HTH.

I think that happen when you have old version of drive (Siemens call Power section) such as 6SN1123-XXXXX-XXX0==old version , when you replace with new version, last digit xxx1 or xxx2. or by chance you replaced wrong size in amps such as old 25A but you make wrong of 50 A (both odl and new xxx1 or higher) system showing this error to stop your machine running. if the version problem you need to backup 611U control card parameters, then initial the control card, then download the backup system should be working. for all these, you need SIMO COM U SOFTWARE Rejjal Hi I face 039 fault many times before Specially with old drive with long time work Most of times this problem from control module Regards Rejjal

I did not have 611U real machine since 2005, I meet A039 because I purchase old 611U control card and insert them into my power section ending -0AA1 or 2, --That is 100% cannot be fixed by your way. I always "clean" the memory by initial the error will never happen again
