If it were me, I would uninstall the last KB installed.  Reboot.  Try TIA again and see if that KB was at fault.  If it was, I would mark that KB has hidden and report the issue to Siemens to see if there is a work-around (other than updating the project to v16 or higher).  If it did not fix the problem, I would uninstall the other mentioned KB and see if that fixed the problem after a reboot.

If it was neither windows update, you might want to try adding a USB LAN adapter to use for going online with the PLC and see if that helps.  If it does, still report it to Siemens so they are aware of the problem and a possible work-around.

TIA V14 SP1 upd10

S.O. windows10 Pro  21H2

 tia was working well but  now when i try with TIA to "Access online" (without open a project) or "go online" with a project opened , TIA crashes with the famous message 

I think i have the last update for v14

2 days ago windows updated with KB5021088 and KB5019959

what can i do before try to unistall/reinstall TIA?
