i'm trying to extrapolate the date from the system time of the simotion, for now with he system function RTC i've extracted the DATE_AND_TIME data, i have converted it into date withe the DT_TO_DATE system function but now i need the 3 data (year, month and day) to be separate. i've found a lot of information around the internet, one of them is to use the ANY_TYPE_TO_BIGBYTE_ARRAY, i've tried to use it but i have some strange results, it's seems like that the DATE format that from the siemens datasheet is formed of 32 bit is converted in only 2 bytes.

On the datasheet is written that it should be 4 digits for the year (2 bytes) 2 digits for month (1 byte) and 2 digits for day (1 byte).

is there antoher way to separate these 3 data?

Hello, please find attachet simple Programm which calculate day of week from RTC.

You also can select only date. (this is done by systemfunction Marshalling)
