Hello experts of this site. Please lend me your help for a second

One of our axis always goes on fault if you try to move it. So me and my coworkers naturally think of the encoder making problems since it failed in the past. I attached a picture of the diag buffer I could get. I don't have access to a computer with scout installed on it.

Siemens is very cryptic on this.

It says that "your axis" has a problem, but this is under Simotion side, so you get a totally USELESS error 20005.

What is 20005 ? It means "hey you have a problem, search it by yourself"

So, since you do not have scout (you can try with a Starter to connect to the Sinamics part , anyway", you can see in that web page of Simotion the DRIVE diagnostics and browse the list searching for any Fault or Alters of the SINAMICS drive that concerns your axis that gave the 20005.

Hard but Sinamics / Simotion world is like this since decades :P
