There's a problem I've posted before, but I hope I can be helped out better if I give some more details.

I've created a program consisting of a function block diagram in LSC and a web page it controls in LWE. I can view it on my PC's browser just fine. Mind you that the LOGO is connected to my computer with an ethernet cable. When I enter my LOGO's IP address into my mobile browser (Chrome, Firefox, doesn't matter) I get a connection time out.

I understand that, in order to access the web page from my smart phone, my phone needs access to a wireless network (since there's no physical connection to the LOGO) and be in the same subnet that my LOGO is connected to.

So here's what's happening:

-My LOGO has an IP address set to 192.168.20.22 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0

-It's LAN connected to my laptop, which is connected to a wifi network with IPv4 192.168.20.21 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0

-My phone is connected to the same wireless network (IPv4 = 192.168.20.21 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0);

Yet here we are, getting a connection time out messsage when I enter my LOGO's IP address (which is 192.168.20.22) into the search bar of my mobile browser.

So I'm kinda stuck right here. Can anyone give me advice on how to access my website through my mobile browser?

Try 192.168.20.22:8080

Perhaps the ports for the IAD (Integrated Access Device) are not released.Check the port settings for the logo.

on my opinion, you should start change the IP address for one device: laptop or mobile phone.
On your description, you wrote same IP address for laptop and mobile phone.
For example, you can select IP address of mobile as 192.168.20.23

In normal cases if your LOGO! is connected to your PC with ethernet cable, then you cannot connect to LOGO! Web-server with another device except with the PC where LOGO! is connected to..

You have to connect LOGO! to a network, you can reach with your remote device from Internet.

Proposed steps:

1. Connect LOGO! to your local network where you have internet access. In most cases local WiFi is also enabled. Check if you can connect LOGO! Web-Server via WiFi.

2. Configure VPN connection for remote devices from Internet to your local network

3. Check if you can connect LOGO! via Internet with you remote device.
