hi there, new in the programming game.

i have got a logo given to me by a costumer and just playing around with it.

the first few times i succeded in uploading the program and making it work.

but sinds a few days, i can create a program.

if there is a program on the logo i can download it from the device.

if i connect it sees the logo.

i only cannot upload the program.

i connect with a usb cable 

and i have a logo 6ED1 052-1MD00-oBA3

what am i doing wrong??

it says 

download pc->logo failed

this is the log text;    

won't work in the 8.0 or 8.3.

and yes, i cleared the memory inside and put it in transfer mode.

i think i got a broken logo, cause i took one that i also have gotten and that one is working like it should be.

is it common that the communication ports break in combination with the usb cable?
