Hi Dear Friends 

I am writing to you with a request for help.I recently updated the software via "Siemens Updater", if I remember correctly, TIA PORTAL V19 was updated, after installing the update I noticed that the list in SET PG/PC for SIMATIC MENAGER V5.7 is empty (as in the attachment).TIA PORTAL has not lost its interfaces and works correctly.I have Windows 11. A colleague at work has the same problem except he has a different laptop. I tried the methods from:

Thanks for your answer. 

I have already tried the method you suggested and it still doesn't work.It looks like SIMATIC MENAGER v5.7 can't find the access path.Everything I found on the internet so far hasn't worked.I thought maybe it's a problem with the s7epimp64x file?

I also tried everything from the website:

- Step 7 V5.7 SP2 Hotfix 1

Yes, I have the latest updates and SIMATIC MANAGER it TIA PORTAL V19 installed.I tried uninstalling everything related to SIMATIC MANAGER, i.e. SCOUT WINCC etc. and nothing helped.
