I have problem to create new account. When i writte my e-mail address and activation key, i get a message "Sign-up failed. Please check device Internet connection or Activation key or Tenant key." but my activation key is correct, I checked it on web browser under menu "device information" and also ond OZW device under the cover.
Any help ?

Hi Bezbradica,

Had one time the same problem.

Please check if the OZW is really connected to the internet, means if the power LED is blinking.

Maybe another issue could be that there is a proxy server between  ad this is not good for the OZW.

LED is blinking, a few months ago i was able to log in normaly from my colleague account, since then i haven't tried, but when i tried these days i couldn't login. My colleague don't work here anymore and his e-mail is turned off. I tried yesterday to make a new account, but i get a message Sign-up failed. If your colleague do not delete the OZW from his account before he left, than this one could probably not be assigned to another account.

Maybe a solution could be to contact a Siemens company and ask if they can delete this OZW from the account so that you can assigned it to your account. They want probably know the registration key and maybe the exact type of the OZW and if you could tell the them to witch account this device is connected now would be very helpful also. Maybe Siemens has a support page for such enquiry.
