os it possible to have one license of SCADA (wincc TIA or wincc 7) to collect the data from other small winccs station

i have 10 small stations (less than 2049 tags each station ) with mix of wincc 7.5 and wincc pro I want to monitor all of them via one control room

is it possible?

Yes. 

WinCC v7 and WinCC Pro can act as OPC-DA and OPC-UA servers.  This can allow their tags to be read and written (depending on settings) by another WinCC server.

Other alternatives include:

• For the WinCC v7 stations, you could configure a multi-client that imported tag values from the WinCC v7 stations.  WinCC Pro does not support multi-clients, so you would have to go the OPC route for them.  This approach counts the tag numbers only at the remote stations, not at your central station, so the tag counts are reduced.  However, the WinCC remote stations would have to have Server licenses, which may eliminate the savings unless they already have server licenses.
• If you are running WebNavigator or WebUX on the remote WinCC stations, you could use a web browser or WinCCViewerRT to connect to the remote stations one at a time.  This would allow you to monitor the stations sequentially, but not in parallel (maybe using WebBrowser windows and WebUX)

I mean if we could make a page where customer can have three buttons each button will forward the customer to the wanted station

If I understand the question, you are asking if there is a way to create buttons that will select the WebNavigator pages from different servers to be displayed, based on which button is pressed.

Possible ways to implement this:

• Desktop shortcuts opening WinCCViewerRT application, selecting a different configuration file referencing a different server for each shortcut.  See How do you start the web viewer WinCCViewerRT via the Windows desktop or the Windows Start menu (in the case of WinCC/WebNavigator and WinCC/DataMonitor)? for details.
• If you are using Internet Explorer to view the WebNavigator pages, you can set up IE shortcuts to the server URL's, or even set up your own HTML webpage that contains buttons that link to the WebNavigator server URL.
