I am trying to add, Working Layer Created when and by, but i cannot find the working layer information, i can get the ID but not more than that...

and my Working Layer Properties are blank... so no hope there

If I understand you correctly, you are trying to find the SpecificationSet belonging to a working layer. You can do that like this:

but does nothing...

in my example, A was the working layer itself.

So from the attribute GetDisplayValue script that would be 

GetDisplayValue = ThisObj.GetSpecOwner.CS.Login
