On Sept 30, 2019, Dolphin Plus configuration software will be set to milestone M490, Product Discontinuation.

After Sept 30, 2019, the following can still be ordered as spare parts.

7ML1830-1HA     Converters, RS 485 to RS 232 (D-Sub)
7ML1830-1MC    Kits containing one 9-pin D-Sub to RJ11 adapter and one 2.1 m (82.7 ft) telephone cable with two male jacks
7ML1830-1MM    ComVerter, Infrared link
7ML1930-6AK     USB to RS 232 adapter

PDM is the recommended configuration and diagnostics tool if the product supports it.

Please ask your Siemens guy or create a SR as the user danw already suggested. Maybe the Support can help you to get the software.
