I have a problem with a RF340r reader. The reader stops detecting RFID tags, when you put a tag in front of the reader, leds are green instead of orange.

I have connected 2 readers to a RF180c module. The reader connected to plug X1 works fine but the reader connected to plug X2 fails.

When I unplug the reader and plug again, it starts working again an aleatory number of tags readed before failure.

I have tried the following tests:
 - Increase and decrease the distance between reader and tags.
 - Change ground connection,
 - Replace reader, the Profinet module (RF180c PN 6GT2 002-0JD00) and wires.
 - Change the way of the wire, just to check that there is not electromagnetic interferences.
 - Try to connect to plug X1 instead of X2 (RF180c has 2 readers connected).
 - Change all componentes between facilities and on other facility everything works fine.
 - Lock the reading if the other reader, plug to port X1, is reading or writing.

And nothing works.

Hardware and software configuration seems correct because sometimes the reader reachs 600 times of reading.

I have seen that sometimes leds blink between orange and green. Is possible that when it gets and loses tag presence the reader could go to saturation?

Once the reader stops working, it doesn't answer to any command or signal.

You need to unplug and plug again to make the reader answer.
