rator Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	hello, today I see a red led lighting in a 16 di and 16 do module on a s5, I'm looking for information and i can't find the manuals for the module, the led is in the left of the module. What is this?

Input side (right side) Fault LED (red) indicates interruption of L+/M supply Output side (left side) Short-circuit indication red LED In you case you have short-circuit in bottom 8 outputs. I switched off the power supply ,but it (the red F) lit again as soon as I switched on the power supply. The right F LED (on input side of 6ES5 482-8MA12) is now permanently on.
