Regarding HMI MP270B upload the program

AutoGen_373621 Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	Respected sir; i have MP270B touch panel.i want to uplaod the program and modifiy the hmi porgram.so we are connect MPI cable using profibus network.we are select profibus in the hmi and transfer setting all we are put same in PG setting.but still we are not able to upload the program.we are using protool software. please kindly advise me. we are look forward your reply. thanks sundar

CuriousGJ Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi techie, Go to WinCC and open your project. Go to Project tab and select 'Transfer' option to transfer your project in HMI. One windows will pop up and show bus parameters. There select your protocol usually MPI and bus address. Then click transfer your project will be transfered successfuly. If communication error occurs try to change bus address as same as in the Netpro config. of that project. This is the very accurate and troublefree method to communicatewith any device in Siemens Automation family. Here you can get to know on how many and what type of communication protocol your device has connected. As per this config. you can select comm. cables and interface settings to successfully communicate with your device. I have just transferred successfully updated project in my Touchpanel . Please try this method and let me know.
