 there is a C7-634 is installed at customer place. now in HMI we are getting $535 error. as per op7/17 manual it is telling Disk access error. Any idea what it is ?

there is no entry in remedy column. So how can i solve the issue ?

Try to delete the program(overall reset :push ESC+UP+DOWN together at start up)and download the program to the panel again then inform us with the result.

Thank you for the reply. Tomorrow I will be going to site and will be reloading the backup again. 

I would like to know about the meaning of that error--disc access error. Is it related to hardware fault ?
